How to Order
Ordering is easy! Just fill your Shopping Basket. The
hit the ready to checkout button and follow the steps.
Once your credit card is validated, an order confirmation
will be sent via e-mail. An E-mail will be sent with
the tracking information once it is sent. You may also
place your order by phone from Monday - Friday 10-6
EST. Most Orders placed prior to 4 PM EST Sunday through
Thursday will be shipped from our warehouse by 5 PM
the next day. There are occasions when we run out of
stock of certain merchandise so please allow up to 9
business days for delivery. Weekend orders will be shipped
on Monday.
Phone Ordering
Phone Orders may be placed between 10-6 EST Monday
Through Friday.

Online Ordering

Order Tracking
When you place an order at WalkingCaneWorld.com, we
issue you a Order number on screen and via e-mail. Use
this number and the name of the purchaser if you call
or write to us about your order.
Gifts with Purchase
When a free gift is given with a purchase this gift
must be returned in order to receive a full credit.
Gift Certificates
Treat your loved ones with a WalkingCaneWorld.com gift
certificate! They come in denominations of $25, $50,
$100 and $500, and they're good towards any purchase
made at WalkingCaneWorld. Your gift certificate will
be sent through an E-mail via an attachment to the recipient.
Make sure you have the exact e-mail address of the recipient
to ensure speedy delivery. To purchase your gift certificate
click here to go to the gift certificate page. Gift
certificates must be redeemed through our website, www.WalkingCaneWorld.com.
They cannot be redeemed anywhere else. Recipient must
place the order by telephone to give the certificate
#. Gift certificates are good for up to the value of
the certificate; any purchase over the amount of the
gift certificate must be paid by the recipient with
a credit card. Any remaining balance left over after
purchase with the gift certificate will be credited
to the recipient's WalkingCaneWorld.com gift certificate
account balance for future use. It cannot be credited
to a credit card. Recipient must retain the code provided
on the gift certificate at time of receipt; if this
code is lost, WalkingCaneWorld.com cannot be responsible
for replacing the value of the gift certificate.
Applying Your Code
Discount codes are gifts from WalkingCaneWorld.com.
A Discount Code can be applied only once. An Code can
be applied only once by any one user, but you can pass
the code along to your friends and family. You may apply
multiple gift certificates toward the same order. You
can also apply a gift certificate in combination with
an Discount code. Just give the Discount code to the
customer service representative. You may only apply
one discount code per order. Even if you have more than
one kind of bonus code, only the first one you enter
will apply to your order, so choose carefully. Check
your certificate to see whether your WalkingCaneWorld.com
code applies site-wide, or to a particular brand or
product discount codes cannot be applied toward shipping/handling,
or taxes.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically by U.P.S and is
based upon location. Shipping can range from $5 (UPS
Ground). All shipping is done on a same day basis, providing
item is in stock. U.P.S will deliver on a Saturday for
an additional $10. All U.P.S Shipping is guaranteed.
If you do not receive your package on time as promised,
then feel free to call us & we will contact U.P.S
to issue a refund. Order Status: When you order on line,
our shopping cart software will process your order;
print a packing slip, sales receipt, and your shipping
label. Because of this, we do not have an "order
cut off" time. UPS pick up time is approximately
5:15pm. It is not uncommon for orders placed at 5:10
to be shipped. Do not be alarmed if your order is not
found when trying to track the number emailed to you,
orders are normally scanned into the tracking systems
daily at approximately 1:30 a.m EST. i.e., UPS picks
your package up at 5pm, but the tracking number will
not appear until they scan the package at the hub.
Next Day Air takes 1 business day.
2nd Day Air takes 2 business days.
Ground Shipping takes from 1-6 business days.
NOTE: AS OF 9-29, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL THE FROM
US WITH YOUR FEDEX/UPS TRACKING NUMBER WHEN WE PRINT
THE LABEL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT YOU
USED ON THE ORDER FOR TRACKING INFORMATION. SO, IF YOU
ORDER ON FRIDAY NIGHT, YOU WILL GET A TRACKING NUMBER
SOMETIME DURING THE DAY ON MONDAY.
International
International is calculated online and it may be cheaper
to ship via United states postal service please call
for USPS rates.

From the moment you enter our Shopping Basket or click
on Checkout, you are on a secure server, using what
is called SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When
you see the blue key or a closed lock at the bottom
of your screen, you can purchase items with confidence.
We use the highest bit encryption with SSL at 128 bits.
Your credit cards are encrypted when they are transmitted
to us and are stored in a secure environment. Your credit
card also provides you with important consumer protections
that safeguard your online purchases and limit your
liability.
Privacy Policy
We take your (and our!) privacy seriously. WalkngCaneWorld.com
respects your privacy. The information that is collected
about you is used to process orders and is not used
for anything else. We will never sell, rent, or give
away your name, e-mail, or address to anyone.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Money Orders
Money Orders are accepted. Please enter a contact phone
number with your order if you choose this payment type.
Paypal
Paypal is accepted please follow through with all the
steps at the Paypal checkout to place a complete order.
Gifts Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns of gifts! We can either
credit the gift purchaser's credit card, or issue the
credit to the gift recipient, good for future purchases
at our site. However, we cannot issue credit to the
credit card of a gift recipient. We do not issue cash
refunds.
Gifts - Receipts
If your purchase is a gift you can choose not to send
a receipt with the purchase. Just reply to the e-mail
confirmation with NO RECEIPT in the subject line and
no invoice will be sent with the package.
Return Policy General
We hope you love everything you buy at WalkingCaneWorld.com.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return
the product within 30 days of purchase as long as it
is in a new condition and has not been modified. A cane
that has been shortened from its original manufactured
size qualifies as an item that has been modified. We'll
issue a refund directly to your credit card for the
purchase price (including tax, if any) of the product.
If you received the item damaged or defective, we'll
also refund the original shipping and handling cost.
We do not issue cash refunds. After 30 days there is
a 15% restocking fee. If the purchase price of any item(s)
is over $250 there is a 15% restocking fee. To return
an item, you must call WalkingCaneWorld.com Customer
Service at 1.877.890.7677 or e-mail us at orders@WalkingCaneWorld.com
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
code for your return. Sorry, but any returned item not
accompanied by an official RMA code can not be accepted.
Please write the RMA code on the returned portion of
the original packing slip and on the shipping return
label. Please take a minute to tell us why you're not
happy with the product-we want to know! Once we receive
the original product at the WalkingCaneWorld.com warehouse,
our customer service staff will contact you for your
exchange order. Returned items must be new and unworn,
and in the same condition as they were sent. We are
not obligated to accept returns if the item is worn
or used.
